The Early Years covers Kennedy's beginnings in music through to her performances and recordings with Jenson Interceptor. Sun Country documents her five years with CFRN as a background singer with Sun Country Television where she worked with a variety of local and international talent. Klondike Kate showcases her work as Edmonton's Klondike Days popular entertainer and ambassador. Kit Kat Club was an exuberant eight-piece 60's dance and show band which was very popular at corporate events and local clubs. Jazz features Kennedy's award-winning recordings in 1994 and 1997 and is a genre that she still enjoys today.
